We train our bodies to be stronger and capable. We train our minds to think more broadly and deeply as well. But too many people don't spend time developing their character. To think that character is fixed and cannot be changed is false. And it is much too important to be simply left to chance to develop or to be left to others to develop for you (i.e. your environment). Instead, embark upon a program to deeply examine your character, your values and your beliefs, and reconstruct in the manner that you believe is the best for you and will serve you well. It is our efforts in this realm that will decide if we become the person that we truly desire.
Good character is not formed in a week or a month. It is created little by little, day by day. Protracted and paiteint effort is needed to develop good character. Heraclitus
