There are plenty of things that can distract us from accomplishing our greatest goals and truest selves.  We don't have to go looking for them and they are already looking for us.  It is easy to succumb to their siren calls of distraction because they are slick with their approach and coordinated with their attack.  And when they do catch you you can lose hours within their hold without even realizing it.  One must diligently guard against these insidious distractions and protect your focus to accomplish the things you truly want to achieve.  It is in our focus to accomplish our greatest goals and move towards our truest selves that we find the deep contentment that we all crave.
