Integrity, like other aspects of our character and leadership, needs to be examined deeply and developed for it to be the best that it can be.  Many people don't even give a second thought to integrity but yet everyone believes that they are ethical, honest and have integrity.  But without an examination of what integrity really means and how your moral compass points, how do you really know?  Instead, spend some time examining the basis of your integrity and the source of your moral compass.  This exploration may reveal some insights you were unaware about and some aspects of your own integrity that you may want to change or modify.
