The task of leadership is never over and never complete.  Like a craftsman, leadership evolves and changes over time.  And like the craftsman a leader must study, practice and evolve their craft.  A relentless grip onto what was once learned will not allow you to hone your craft but will stifle it.  Instead, one must be committed to learning  and experimenting with new ideas and new thoughts about leadership.  It is through this commitment that your capability grows and expands and mastery is achieved.
