We are all leaders regardless of the titles that we hold or the jobs that w do. Leadership is more about the attitude that you bring to your work and life than about the labels that we use or the rank that we hold. Regardless of where we are in life we still have significant leadership influence that we can exhibit. For example, we control the attitude that we show up with, the commitment we demonstrate and the kindness towards others that we exhibit. These are all leadership skills and just a few of the leadership skills that we all have control over. We also have agency over the contributions we make and the ideas we share to make thing better. And we control how we make others feel welcome to contribute to their greatest potential as well. None of these require a title or a rank to make happen, it just requires us to be a leader.
Getting lost along your path is a part of finding the path you are meant to be on. Robin Sharma
Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example. Donald McGannon
Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another. John C. Maxwell
