If you want to be better leader you need to ask better questions.  Not fundamentally about or towards others, but of yourself.  The better the questions are that you ask yourself, the deeper your reflection and self-awareness becomes.  And with better questions, you get better answers and better solutions.  Questions like the following can be a good start:

• Am I worthy to be a leader?
• Am I fulfilling the expectations that others have of me as a leader?
• Who do I serve in my leadership?  Who should I serve in my leadership?
• What does my team and the individuals on the team need from me to be fully successful?
• What do I need to learn today to help my team be successful tomorrow?
