Is your mind your greatest ally or your biggest threat?  Remember that your mind "works" for you and not the other way around.  Don't let your mind's thoughts and its ruminations hijack your greatest goals or even your mood for the day.  We can train our minds to do the work that we need it to do.  In fact, if we don't train our minds it will only devolve to doing the things it wants to do which is usually not aligned with our plans.  Our greatest ally is a trained mind and the mindset that training creates do not let this competitive advantage go to waste or ignore its potential.  Your mind can either work for you or you can react to your mind; it is your choice.
