Leadership isn't only about giving orders.  Nor is it simply a title.  Leadership is the support that you provide to another so that they can get closer to being the best that they can be.  And leadership is the discipline you exhibit to learn more, study more, and train more so that you can be more yourself as well.  Leadership is far more than the rank someone might hold in an organization or in politics; for the world is full of titled people who exhibit absolutely no leadership.  And "ruling" isn't leadership either.  Leadership are the things we do to advance ourselves towards our goals and the assistance we provide to others to do the same.  It is a long standing cliché that charity begins at home, and interestingly so, so does leadership.  To become a leader one must start with the leadership of oneself and demonstrate the desire and action to advance towards one's truest self.
