Leadership is a choice. And that choice can be all about you or all about others. In your leadership you can chose to be focused on how you look to others (especially to your superiors), be demanding of others, and roll in the benefits of being in charge and soaking up the ego hit this entails, or you can be all about those that you lead and what you can do for them. You can be more concerned about how you support others to be the best they can be, to support their development and to raise them up or you can service your own self-centered desires. The choice is yours and consequence will define your leadership.
