The challenge of all human endeavour is for the pursuit of happiness.  It is the source of inspiration, advancement and even greed and unrestrained material consumption.  The problem is most do not know in what or where their happiness lies.  Many seek happiness with external appreciation and accolades and others through vices and wealth.  It almost becomes an obsession; one in which others are mistreated and abused and social well-being and progress are subordinated to one's personal quest of happiness.  However, true happiness resides in ourselves and in the service that we provide to others.  Happiness is internally sourced, not externally experienced.  And it is accentuated by the service we do for others.  If you are searching for happiness and not yet found it, turn your focus inside and you will likely find it.
