The average CEO reads 50 - 60 books a year and attends multiple conferences, workshops and seminars.  Bill Gates still reads that many books a year and is well known to take a week a year to simply be alone to read and to think.  Regardless of your title, position or role, learning is never complete.  It must be embraced as part of your mastery journey and part of your progress towards excellence.  Your learning journey may be in areas of your profession or adjunct to them.  Or you you may simply be indulging a curiosity in a topic of a interest.  Regardless, learning is a process that is never over and never complete but is integral to your development, growth and happiness.  Embrace the love the learning and accelerate your growth.
